Brooklands warranty
Brooklands provides a six-month voluntary warranty covering verified manufacturing defects in the internal structural furniture frame only. Upholstery, cushions, mechanisms, feet and accessories must be inspected carefully when the furniture is received.
At a glance
The Brooklands voluntary warranty is specific and limited. Customers should review the scope before making a claim.
What is covered
The warranty covers a verified manufacturing defect in the internal structural frame that becomes apparent during normal domestic use within six months of delivery.
At delivery
The customer should inspect the furniture carefully while the delivery team is present and before confirming that visible components have been received in satisfactory condition.
Check the fabric or leather for tears, marks, stains, colour concerns, loose seams, pulled threads and visible damage.
Confirm that all cushions are present and inspect covers, zips, seams, filling distribution and visible shape.
Where safe, check recliners, sofa-bed actions, swivels, hinges and other moving components before the delivery team leaves.
Confirm that feet, legs, handles, fixings, connectors, remotes and other supplied accessories are present and visibly undamaged.
Warranty exclusions
Claim process
Provide your name, order number, delivery address and a clear description of the structural concern.
Provide full-item photographs, close-ups and video where reasonably requested to assess the frame issue.
Brooklands may request further information or arrange an inspection before confirming whether the claim is valid.
Where accepted, Brooklands will determine an appropriate warranty remedy, which may include repair or another suitable solution.
Important
Do not dismantle, modify, repair or instruct another person to repair the furniture before Brooklands has assessed the claim. Unauthorised work may prevent a reliable assessment and may invalidate the voluntary warranty.
